Electronic Music Production

(Duration :- 3 Month/ Sessions :- 24)

Course module :-

Module 1 : Introduction, Overview of Course, Studio Equipment, Signal Flow

Module 2 : DAW, Why DAW,DAW Interface, Samples , MIDI & VSTS.

Module 3 : Fundamentals : Drums, Functional Elements of Beat, Examples of different genre, Drum programming

Module 4 : Music Theory – I, Scales, Scale Degrees, Modes, Chords

Module 5 : Fundamentals : Bass, Bass line Instruments Examples of different genre, Bass line Programming

Module 6 : Music Theory – II, Relative Scales, Leads, Melodies, Harmonies

Module 7 : Sound Design, Intro : Wave-shapes & Oscillators, Osc envolope (ADSR), Filter & Filter Envelope, Sound Design : Bass, Lead, Pluck & Pads

Module 8 : Track Arrangement, Track Analysis, Concept of Track Arrangement, Completing individual track arrangements

Module 9 : Final Mix-down, Audio signal , Dynamic Range & Headroom, EQ Rendering.




Mastering is the final step of audio post-production. The purpose of mastering is to balance sonic elements of a stereo mix and optimize playback across all systems and media formats. Traditionally, mastering is done using tools like equalization, compression, limiting and stereo enhancement.
